Coventry City Council
Coventry is the 10th largest city in England, home to 318,600 people and over 50,000 students.The city boasts two internationally recognised universities:
- University of Warwick, consistently ranked as one of the UK’s top ten universities and the second most-targeted UK University by top employers, acknowledged for excellence in research, teaching and innovation and with a Business School in the global top 30 and ranked fourth in the UK
- Coventry University, in the top ten of post-1992 universities and known for its expertise in automotive engineering, design, health and digital media.
We recognise that Ansty Park is a valuable asset for Coventry and can provide the city with significant economic benefits and we are working in partnership with Highbridge Properties and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to promote the park locally, nationally and internationally to highlight Ansty as a key development site and to encourage investment.
Coventry City Council will assist Highbridge Properties and the HCA in developing the site and defining its offer to inward investors as well as providing relocation support, grant assistance and recruitment support to companies locating
