The 1.5 million sq ft Technology Park
Assisted Area Status

Background

backgroundSince 2006 the Ansty Park site has undergone extensive infrastructure works, including land remediation and earth-profiling works. The site affords superb access to Junction 2 of the M6 Motorway, the M69 and M1 and via the A46 to the M40 and M45 Motorways.

In July 2009 an increased planning consent for the wider Ansty Park site of 1.5 million sq ft for B1 development was secured.

With limited development space in the West Midlands region for the research and development sector and rising demand allied to close proximity to Warwick and Coventry universities, Ansty Park was recognised as the perfect opportunity to house science, technology and innovation occupiers. To date the site has, against intense competition, become the location for the Manufacturing Technology Centre, Sainsbury's Store Support Centre Campus, HTRC, The London Taxi Company and FANUC.

It continues to attract considerable interest from local and national companies looking to relocate or build new premises.
